Job description:

  • In-depth understanding of the features and impacts of assigned training programs and solutions of FranklinCovey for corporate clients
  • Provide client consultations of In-house training programs and solutions to meet the learning & development needs of corporate clients
  • Collaborate with CDE team to meet business targets/results of assigned training programs and solutions by emailing, phone transactions, direct conversations, etc.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with corporate clients to help them address their training and human resource development needs

Job requirements:

  • Have a passion in sales, customer services or interests in communicating and connecting with partners and clients
  • Hold a degree from a university; Strong command in English and professional appearance and manner.
  • Proactive and have strong senses of responsibility; Able to work independently and teamwork in a professional and high-pressure environment
  • Experience (at least 2 years) with sales or business development in Service Consultation is an advantage.
  • Place of work: HCMC, Hanoi (Full time)

Job description:

Directly implement as well as work closely with departments in organizing and delivering training programs, consulting and meeting customers’ needs effectively, including:
  • Organize the implementation of training programs, from the preparation to the closing, as planned effectively; provide consultation and support to customers with the highest quality of service.
  • Organize and manage classrooms to ensure qualified learning spaces and environments.
  • Take in feedback, complaints from customers, provide guidance and support them in solving all learner-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments in organization of events and workshops upon request.
  • Make reports periodically upon request.

Job requirements:

  • Hold a degree from a university, good in English communication and professional appearance and friendly manner.
  • Have strong interests in organizing classrooms/events or interests in communicating and connecting with partners and customers.
  • Proactive and have strong senses of responsibility; Able to work independently and teamwork in a professional and high-pressure environment.
  • Experience (1-2 years) in Service industry and/or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Work location: HCMC, Hanoi (Full time).
