Job description

  • Manage sales teams to develop relationship with corporate clients (multinational corporations, leading corporations … in Vietnam) and to provide them world-class solutions from PACE and PACE's global partners; Be a problem-solver for clients on strategy, management, leadership development, professional skills…
  • Develop business strategies and plans which enable sales team to develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients and ensure to provide perfect services and supports to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop plans and take ultimate responsibility for training, coaching, tracking the performance of the business units under his/her charge.
  • Collaborate closely with Board of Academy in customer transactions and development.

Job requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing corporate clients as well as in managing sales teams; In case, the candidate does not meet the managing experience but still have a wish to collaborate with PACE, Business Development Executive position will be considered to interview.
  • High accountability and a team player in a professional, (occasionally) high pressure environment.
  • Good in speaking English; Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience in B2B or service sales will be an advantage.
