Job description

  • Identify current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Develop sufficient talent pool to meet hiring plans.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Take part in talent pool planning; directly conduct recruitment processes (CV screening, face-to-face interviews, etc.), and employee onboarding process.
  • Take part in planning and implementing internal training programs, team building activities, ect.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Job requirements

  • Graduated from major related to People, Human Resources, Human Resources, or related others.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years as Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisiton Consultant or other similar roles.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and other online channels to approach candidate leads.
  • Proven experience in holding offline events for candidate attraction.
  • Passionate demonstration on human resources profession and human resources management career development.
  • English communication; Good planning skill and analytical & critical thinking.
  • Flexible problem-solving, stress tolerance, enthusiastic, and creative.

  • Search and build network, connections, and customer intelligence, based on which make plans on consulting and providing corporate clients (multinational corporations, leading corporations … in Vietnam) the right solutions to solve their challenges on FranklinCovey's world-class training programs and consulting solutions.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients; Ensure to provide perfect services and supports to meet customer expectations.

  • Collaborate closely with Board of Academy in customer transactions and development.
